We ship to Austria, Germany, Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Denmark, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland, Hungary, Bulgaria, Croatia, Great Britain, Greece, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Sweden and Slovenia.

We have an agreement with GLS.

We ship only on business days.
Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Once the package has been received, the Customer must ensure that it is intact and closed. If the package has been tampered with, the shipment must be accepted with reservation. If the consignee is absent at the address indicated, the courier will attempt another delivery the next day (the exact day/time of the second delivery cannot be scheduled). If the delivery cannot be made the next day because the consignee is absent again, the goods will return to the courier’s warehouse and Customer Service will contact you to schedule a new delivery, or for the item to be held for pick-up. In the event that Customer Service is unable to contact the customer within the next 10 days, or in the event of failure to deliver due to the absence of the consignee, the shipment will return to our warehouse. The cost of delivery once the goods have been held in deposit, as well as the cost of returning the goods to our warehouse, are charged in full to the customer. In the event of a change of delivery address after shipment, the surcharge applied by the express courier will be charged in full to the consignee.
